Detached New Build — Burgess Hill

The Brief

Our client purchased a plot of land in Burgess Hill with planning permission for a four-bedroom detached home. They wanted a property that blended traditional kerb appeal with a modern, open-plan interior.

The Challenge

The plot presented some ground condition challenges that required specialist foundation solutions. Coordinating multiple trades across a 52 week programme while maintaining quality and programme required meticulous project management.

Our Solution

We managed the entire project from groundworks through to final fit-out, self-delivering the majority of trades in-house. Our dedicated project manager was on site daily to ensure quality and programme were maintained throughout.

The Result

A beautiful four-bedroom family home delivered on time and to budget. The clients moved in to a fully finished property requiring no further work — a true turnkey delivery.
